Multicultural Dinner
October 15th

5-7 pm

We are having a multicultural dinner with visitors from Korea and China. Most of them are 30-40 yr with school-age kids. They are looking for American friends, want to learn English, and are interested in Church.

We are hoping they build friendships with you and you start reaching out to them and invite them to your family group Bible discussion and to all the fun fall activities. Please join us if you have an outreach mindset, are willing to step out of your comfort zone, and show God’s care to them. Especially please join us, if you are parents/grandparents of elementary school age. It will be great if your kids can join, so their kids can play with your kids.

Please bring a dish representing your culture.

It’s that time of the year!!
We are getting ready for the Christmas Program!!

This is an opportunity for all ages to participate.  We need SINGERS!!  Children, middle schoolers, teens, campus, singles, marrieds, young, or old!!  We want to have from the young to the old singing together as part of our play this year.

We will start next Sunday, October 16th at 10:30 am.   If you are currently a part of the worship team we will work with you to find a way for you to participate.  We will be practicing every Sunday during the Worship Service time until the performance.  We will also need a few extra rehearsals to be determined either on a Wednesday evening as well as the Saturday before the performance.

Leonard Patat and his mom Alberta live off South Milledge close to the bypass. Due to physical limitations, they need rides to the church building to be a part of the fellowship. No lifting is required, but Leonard is blind and needs direction to get out of the car and into their apartment and Alberta needs someone to hold on to for stability. We hope to involve as many as possible to assist and get to know the Patat’s. On House Church Sundays, they would like to meet with the group(s) that is/are meeting at the church building, so house church Sundays are included in this sign up.
