This Sunday, in your House Church meetings or if you are meeting separately at home, we have a special opportunity to explore together Mary’s view of the birth of Jesus in Katie Sawhill Del Rocco’s play Mary: A Star is Born. The play calls us to consider how God chose to work in one young woman’s life and how she dealt with the challenges thrust upon her because of being chosen. In addition to the play, the program including notes, references and questions for reflection can be downloaded.
The links are active now and will be through December 27th, so you can watch the play and access the program information as many times as you like. The only thing Katie would ask is please do not share or post the link on social media, but respect the proprietary nature of the work. The play is being made available as a gift to the church.
