We are seeking a part-time Administrator to be the point of contact for non-ministry related questions and specifically assist with:


  • Finances – Maintain the church’s financial records, oversee all financial policies and procedures, track the budget, and provide reports to church leadership and the congregation.

  • Communication – Ensure the church has best practice communication mediums in place that syncs regarding membership, scheduling, email, text message, and event management.

  • Supervision – Provide direction and oversight to the congregation’s Administrative Assistant and Security Servant

  • Logistics – Oversee the scheduling, reporting, and documentation of church staff meetings, church events, and related matters

  • Human Resources – Maintain the employee handbook, process payroll, liaison with STS Services, and perform other HR-related responsibilities.

  • Facilities Management – Oversee maintenance activities and coordinating repair or replacement work with the facilities Servants, oversee janitorial services, and related duties

  • Legal & Risk Management Issues – Coordinate with the church’s counsel to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and implement regulation best practices regarding.

  • Insurance – Assist employees and coordinate insurance policies for the church.
