Prayer Requests/Updates

Tricia Lewis’ mother Pat Cavalier has been in the hospital with pneumonia. She is doing better and hopefully will be home soon. Cards of encouragement may be sent to her at Patricia Cavalier, c/o Richard Friestadt, 633 Alhambra Rd, Venice, FL 34280.

Ludlow Lawson is at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital continuing to recover from a stroke and will likely be undergoing heart surgery at some point soon. Cards may be sent to him at 137 Ashbrook Drive, Athens, GA 30605.

Update on Betty Snodgrass
Thank you for your prayers for my mother Betty Snodgrass. Last week she was doing very poorly, but has turned the corner in the last couple days and is making good progress. All three of her children were able to spend time with her in the last week which bolstered her spirits. Hopefully she will get to leave the hospital soon and head to a rehabilitation facility. Please pray for her to gain strength as she recovers and heals. She is so grateful for your prayers!
 

Family Promise Volunteering Opportunities Sunday Evening, March 21 – Sunday Morning, March 28 “All they asked was that we should continue to remember the poor, the very thing I had been eager to do all along.” Galatians 2:10 In a couple of weeks, would you have a few hours at any point to be available over at Milledge Ave. Baptist?  There are many chances to help in the morning, midday, afternoon, evening, or overnight.  There’s a link to a video tour of the facilities on the Sign-up Genius (link below) and physical distancing is observed. Vaccine Tip from Judy Webb:
Any teachers or people over 65 who want to be vaccinated can sign up at University Cancer and Blood website for 3/13. There are many slots available.
