October 9th – 16th

Our church family’s next opportunity to show mercy and help Family Promise of Athens begins at 5pm this Sunday, October 9th and goes through 5 pm Sunday, October 16th.  Please click here  to check the MANY different ways to help three families currently without permanent housing.  Please call, text, (706-351-3092) or email Steve Gibson (stevenrachele@gmail.com) with any questions.  Thank you so much!

Leonard Patat and his mom Alberta live off South Milledge close to the bypass. Due to physical limitations, they need rides to the church building to be a part of the fellowship. No lifting is required, but Leonard is blind and needs direction to get out of the car and into their apartment and Alberta needs someone to hold on to for stability. We hope to involve as many as possible to assist and get to know the Patat’s. On House Church Sundays, they would like to meet with the group(s) that is/are meeting at the church building, so house church Sundays are included in this sign up.
